In 2019 FFIN completed the branding, concept, and design for a new dining and drinking venue in the hip neighborhood of St Henri. Drawing inspiration from seals sunbathing on rocks along the Atlantic coast the project was envisioned as a tribute to the North Eastern coastline of the Americas. It aimed to serve the finest seasonal coldwater seafood from out east, paired with a carefully curated fine wine list. There are presently plans to bring the project to fruition for a release next year.
